A survival game team “SkyFignter” gets into a Military dependants' village called Guag-rong which appears to be deserted and accidentally ignite the desire for victory and homecoming of a group of veterans who are living the last years of their lives. This fight is set on 29th February, which made this film’s title called ‘War Game 229.’
