雷哈‧艾登Reha Erdem

出生於土耳其，曾在伊斯坦堡當地大學主修歷史，1983年赴法國巴黎於第八大學念電影與當代藝術，並獲得碩士學位。1989年第一部導演作品，即入圍瑞士盧卡諾等多個影展，被視為土耳其最具有潛力、最有才華的當代導演。他的多部電影都是藉著一名人物的特定視角，開啟著一段無論在視覺或聽覺上都引人入勝的旅程，一方面將伊斯坦堡的神秘與美麗傳達給全球觀眾，一方面也進行著個人的人性哲學探索，詩意十足。

Reha Erdem began his studies in history at Bogazici University in Istanbul. In 1983, he went to Paris 8 University to major in Cinema and Modern Art and completed a graduate degree. He directed his first feature film, ‘Oh Moon’ in 1989. His second feature, ‘A Run for Money’ represented Turkey at the Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. In 1993, he founded Atlantik Film production company with producer Omer Atay.

小偷柯斯莫，像個亡命之徒般地到了邊境小鎮。偶然地他從河裡救了名男孩，此後被眾人視為行使奇蹟的使者，但這神秘的來客似乎召喚來了某種自然深處的力量……。這是一部難以被歸類的作品，它華麗而詭譎，挖掘的卻是永恆而深奧的命題，即是人類狀態的黑暗一面。像是童話，又像是某個失落已久的傳說，跟著故事中人物前進，就像也是掉入一個時間與空間的漩渦。

Kosmos is a thief who works miracles. He arrives in this timeless border town from the wilds weeping, as though a fugitive. No sooner is he there than he rescues a small boy from drowning in the river, and is recognized as a man who works miracles.

Kosmos, is a rather uncommon person, he is looking for love. Soon Kosmos and Neptun, the teenager sister of the rescued boy, grow closer in the most bizarre of ways…

女孩生活在博斯普魯斯海峽與城鎮之間，茫茫地在單調卻殘酷的成長中理解世界。床褥上躺著重病的祖父，成日咳個沒完，卻還嚷著要煙抽，父親在來往船隻間穿梭，接送風塵女子和走私貨物。原文片名「這就是生活」，《我的小陽光》其實不如片名那樣帶有希望，她在城鎮、鄉村與海浪的漫遊當中，靜靜地寫著成長的焦慮。創傷，對她而言，似乎沒什麼好說的……。

Hayat, her father and bedridden grandfather live in a riverside shack near the dangerously dark but breathtakingly beautiful waters of the Bosphorus. Hayat's father owns a small boat that secures the family's survival trough a miscellany of not always lawful ventures. Hayat's life is harsh and unrelenting. But Hayat has an instinct for survival. Her capacity for courage, endurance and hope in the face of these trials suggest that there is Life...

窮困的小鎮上，三個進入青春期的孩子正各自摸索著，嘗試理解著這個世界。有的愛上學校的老師、有的私下恨著父親。村落裡的時光由伊斯蘭教的祈禱掌握著節奏，村人以微風、大地、流水與日夜的步調生活著。以多層面的方式呈現父權在傳統土耳其文化中的重要地位，讓看似沒有敘事線的電影圍繞在童年與少年的掙扎中。當風微微拂過，曾經的童年卻早已不知吹向何方。

A small, poor village leaning over high rocky mountains, facing the immense sea, flanked by olive yards. Villagers live according to the rhythm of the earth, air and water, day and night and seasons. For the children, they expose their love awkwardly and consider beating a favorable method. Ömer, Yakup and Yıldız, three children of about 12,13 years old, just between childhood and youth, are the prominent characters in this movie of five times.

35歲的阿里在意外中失去意識，事情似乎和珠寶店搶劫案有關。他完全喪失了記憶、忘記了自己的家人，只有零星地記得一些人。這場意外改變了阿里與周遭人們的關係，隨著失憶碎片逐漸縫合，他需要重新認識的人，卻是他自己。導演用豐富的廣告片執導經驗，佐以引人入勝的節奏與風格，卻不過份沈溺於視覺上的耽美；讓這部電影兼具了甜美、人文關懷與娛樂於其間。

Set in an urban apartment building where neighbors, friends and family are living in close quarters, the film focuses on male protagonists through whom the three phases of stepping into manhood in Turkish society are explored. In this circus-like environment, there is a little boy who refuses to be circumcised, a young man who refuses to do his military service, a 30-year-old man refusing to leave home.
